It's Strawberry Season at CPK
California Pizza Kitchen has introduced unique new seasonal menu items that feature the freshest flavors and ingredients of spring and summer.
The seasonal items are available from May through the end of July. The Spring/Summer 2014 seasonal menu items includes:
THE CALIFORNIA FIELDS SALAD -- Made with fresh watermelon, strawberries, field greens and baby kale, with housemade Champagne vinaigrette, feta and California pistachios.
TRICOLORÉ SALAD PIZZA -- Our classic salad returns for the season. Made with a caramelized Parmesan pizza crust that’s topped with field greens, tomatoes and shaved Parmesan and tossed in freshly made Dijon balsamic vinaigrette.
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE -- Made with a fresh and tender shortcake biscuit and piled high with seasonal strawberries, whipped cream and candied lemon zest made in our own kitchens.
FRESH STRAWBERRY MANGO COOLER – Refreshing and only 90 calories, this non-alcoholic cooler is composed of fresh strawberries hand-shaken with Fresca and Monin South Seas, featuring the natural flavors of mango, guava and ginger.
STRAWBERRY LIME MARGARITA -- Made with Casamigos Tequila Blanco, fresh strawberries, perfect purée strawberry, fresh agave sour and lime.
STRAWBERRY RHUBARB MARTINI -- Made with Art in the Age Rhubarb Tea liqueur, fresh strawberries, Monin Organic Agave Nectar, fresh lemon and an orange twist.
HAND-SHAKEN AGAVE MOJITO -- Made with BACARDI Superior Rum, fresh agave sour, fresh mint, lime and organic Hawaiian sugar cane.
FRESH AGAVE LIME MARGARITA -- Made with Milagro Silver tequila, fresh agave sour and fresh lime.
